Which Chef will be the "Top Oyster"? Come be the judge! We are pleased that Chef Patrick Heim from Taste Catering will be joining us, Chef Victor Pickich from Coastal Catering, Chef Aimee Anglin from Shaggy's, Chef Darlene Kimball from Kimball's Seafood, Chef Rob Stinson & Chef Cory Fazzio of Back Bay Seafood, Chef Cassandra Timmons of Cuevas Bistro, Chef Richard Farragut, Chef Corry Hudson from Hook's Gulf Coast Cusine, Chef Darren Tillman, Chef Nicaud from Bacchus on the Beach, .... stay tuned for more additions! 

Come unhinged and enjoy the best oysters straight off the Pass Christian's oyster reefs within view of the festival grounds. Sample fabulous oysters  and vote for  your favorite local chef  as they compete for Top Oyster. With each ticket purchase, you will be able to enjoy oyster dishes that support our scholarship fund and help keep the festival free. Adults are $30 Children under 10 are free to attend. Those under 18 are $15.  First beer or soda is on us!

Additional beverages are available for purchase.
Festival Carnival rides will be operating to benefit the Scholarship Fund as well.


FESTIVAL  /  FREE  /  10 AM to 5 PM

 Join us for festival fun all day, kids will enjoy the activities in the Spat area where they will enjoy oyster shell painting and other fun.

10:00 am Classic Car Cruise In with special premium parking, dash plaques to the first 100 cars in.... you will be steps from the festival! (see flyer under entertainment button)

12:00 -3:00pm   Every Hour, enjoy Chef's station where you will learn to prepare fabulous oyster dishes as well as how to master the art of shucking.

1pm In the tent join Chef Rob Stinson of Salute, Back Bay Seafood and Look out Steakhouse as he shares his recipe for healthy oyster!

3:00pm    THE Music Station takes the Silver Slipper Stage!

Pass Christian Oyster Festival Cruise In

Saturday, January 25th 10am-5pm

Join us for a Class Cruise In & Parade

Meet up at Pass Christian City Hall on Hwy 90 at 10am for a short parade into the festival grounds for the best parking  … Free but you must reserve a spot by emailing PCoysterfest@gmail.com include your name, email, phone number and the make, year & model. We love cruisers and it shows.

Come unhinged at Oyster Fest (January 25 & 26th) and  Park in the best spot and leave when you are ready.
