Executive Chef Victor Pickich of Coastal Catering, LLC, has wowed his patrons for many years with his signature Creole flare. After obtaining his Degree of Hospitality and Management in Culinary Art, Chef Pickich trained under Emeril Lagasse at his flagship restaurant, Emeril's in New Orleans. 


Over the years, Chef Pickich has had many restaurants, from Tigre's to Vic's Chop House. Now he melds those tastes and techniques to bring the fine dining experience to a personal level with his newest endeavor, Coastal Catering. 


Coastal Catering is a full, off-site catering company that offers a variety of services designed to accommodate your business or private party needs.
