Congratulations to Kayla Ladner Pearl of the Pass 2013
Pearl of the Pass is an annual $1,000 scholarship from the Pass Christian Oyster Festival Committee to a local high school junior. The Pearl of the Pass judges review submitted essays and then ask interview questions to determine the winner. | Kayla this spring was an Ambassador for Pass Christian Harbor Festivals at the Mississippi Welcome Center as well as participated in the 2013 Blessing of the Fleet where she served as a judge. |
