*ALL FOOD VENDORS WILL BE INSPECTED BY THE HEALTH DEPT FRIDAY AT 3PM YOU MUST BE SET UP AND PAY THOSE FEES $30-$100 IN CASH FRIDAY. NO VENDORS MAY SELL ANY BEVERAGES UNLESS GIVEN A PERMIT BY THE FESTIVAL (2 are given out yearly for tea & lemonade). OYSTER FESTIVAL OWNS THE RIGHT TO SELL ALL BEER, SODAS AND WATER. You must purchase oysters from Crystal Seas Oysters 228-452-2722.
